This smoothie will detox, energize & hydrate you as well as support a healthy immune system. Although there is more than 1 superfood here, I am focusing on ginger. Ginger is excellent for nausea, including morning sickness, digestion & a perfect anti-oxidant (which helps our bodies get rid of unwanted toxins caused by stress, sugar, processed foods & polluted air). – 2 cups spinach
– ½ cup cucumber
– Small bunch of parsley
– 2 pieces of raw ginger
– ½ lime/lemon
– ½ cup pineapple
– Pinch of cayenne pepper(another awesome superfood)
– 1 cup water or Coconut water
– 1 cup ice
